FirstShot

VALORANT duel diagnosis · after the match

You peeked firstYou still lost the duel

FirstShot measures every duel in your match, finds the 2–3 mistakes that cost you the most, then proves them on your own replay and checks whether training fixed them.

Replay · Duel 41600 ms
One lost duel, then the same duel measured The crosshair flicks toward the enemy's head, passes it by 5.1 degrees and fires 3.9 degrees off while pulling back. The analysis then shows a 17.1 degree turn, a 5.1 degree over-flick and a first bullet 3.9 degrees from the head.

What FirstShot does

Not a stat, a diagnosis

  1. Find

Ranks your mistakes by how often they repeat, how much they cost in lost duels and how sure the data is.

    #1 Over-flick on wide angles
    9 of 14 lost duels · confident
  2. Prove

Shows 3–5 duels per mistake with the round and a replay timestamp, so you open the replay and see it yourself.

    R7 · 1:42   R11 · 0:58   R18 · 1:15
  3. Verify

After your next matches, tells you whether the metric moved, or that it needs N more duels before it can say.

    Over-flick 5.1° → 3.2°
needs 12 more duels to confirm

Example · lost duel

One duel, measured

The enemy appears at 0 ms. You start turning 190 ms later, swing 17.1° and pass the head by 5.1°. The first bullet leaves while you are still pulling back, 3.9° from the head.

Data honesty

Confidence, always visible

Every number on the dashboard comes with the count of duels behind it and a confidence level.

If the data can't support a diagnosis, FirstShot says so instead of inventing one.

Training

Train what's actually broken

Each mistake comes with KovaaK's scenarios and the metric to watch in the trainer. After your next matches, FirstShot checks whether the gain shows up in your matches.

How it works

From match to diagnosis

  1. STEP 1

    Play

FirstShot is closed while you play.

  2. STEP 2

    Download the replay

In VALORANT's career screen, for the matches you choose.

  3. STEP 3

FirstShot reads it on your PC

No upload. The dashboard shows your duels and the top mistakes.

  4. STEP 4

Your next matches become the test

New duels are compared with your baseline.

Fair play by design

FirstShot never touches the game

It reads one file: the replay you download yourself in the VALORANT client after the match is over.

  1. During the matchYou play· FirstShot is not running
  2. Match endsBack in the client
  3. You chooseDownload the replay
  4. FirstShotReads that file on your PC
  • No running during a match

It opens and works only after the match has ended.

  • No memory reading

It reads the replay file on disk and nothing else.

  • No overlay

Nothing is drawn on top of the game window.

  • No real-time hints

All feedback arrives after the match, on the dashboard.

  • No scouting other players

It reports on your own duels. No lookups of opponents or other accounts.

  • No unofficial APIs

No unofficial endpoints and no account scraping.

FirstShot is a training tool. You open it after you play, like rewatching a VOD.
